Why should the HOA have a bankrupt as an 'officer' of the Association?
If a person can not handle their own financial issues then why should they be put into a position of authority of over $250,000 of HOA dues?

LOOKING UP GOVT INFORMATION COBB and CHEROKEE COUNTIES FYI
Recently there was an issue with some junk being left on the driveway of a HM house, possibly an eviction.
Finding the owner was brought up. Going through the HOA or management firm isn’t the way to do it.
